Production technology

01. Raw material selection

Alloy steel plates with characteristics such as high hardness, high toughness, and wear resistance are chosen to ensure that the saw blade can withstand high loads during the cutting process. Currently, the material used for the cutter head of circular saw blades on the market is generally cemented carbide, and there is a wide range of types to choose from. Common types include tungsten-cobalt and tungsten-titanium. Tungsten-cobalt cemented carbide has good impact resistance.

02. Laser Cutting

Raw materials can be processed into the shape of saw blades through mechanical processing, and surface treatment can be carried out to improve the cutting effect and service life. Finally, conduct a technical inspection on the sample. If there are any problems, adjust the parameters in a timely manner until the cutting meets the technical requirements.

03. Heat Treatment

Heat treatment is a process of treating metal parts at a fixed temperature for a specific period of time. The heat treatment process mainly includes the heat treatment of heat treatment materials, the selection and control of heat treatment processes, heat treatment equipment for heat treatment, as well as the inspection and monitoring of heat treatment. The purpose of heat treatment is to optimize the performance of metal parts, improve their durability and quality, reduce their wear and tear, and enhance their strength and reliability.

04. Grinding Machine Polishing

Advanced numerical control technology and high-precision sensors are adopted to achieve precise trimming and forming of saw blades. It can adjust parameters such as the tooth shape, tooth pitch, and tooth angle of the saw blade, enabling the saw blade to work more stably and efficiently during the cutting process. High-precision trimming can ensure the accuracy and stability of cutting, and improve the precision and surface quality of workpiece processing.

05. Welding Blades

Welding blades is an extremely important process in saw blade manufacturing. There must be sufficient welding strength between the saw teeth and the base; the welding position must be correct; the welding temperature must not be too high to avoid damaging the saw teeth; the welding time must be short to prevent deformation of the base. This is because high temperatures can cause oxidation of diamonds and binders, as well as local deformation, annealing, and grain growth on the surface of the base, thereby generating welding stress.

06. Cold Grinding of Saw Blades

For saw blade tooth grinding, a professional saw blade tooth grinder must be used first. In addition to strict requirements for the grinding wheel, motor, workbench, etc., a suitable grinding fluid (cutting fluid) must also be used. Its main functions are to cool the cutter head, improve the flatness of the cutting surface, and enhance the grinding effect.

07. Packaging the saw blades

Pack the saw blades properly, place them in the packaging box, attach labels, record the waybill number, etc. At the same time, it is necessary to check whether the packaging is intact to prevent damage during transportation. In addition, relevant documents and materials need to be prepared, such as transportation agreements, invoices, etc., for unexpected needs. Hand over the saw blades to the staff of the logistics company for shipment.
